How we use the information you share to consider your project and continue the conversation.
Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, this website validates your details and sends them through Resend, our email delivery provider, to King’s designated project inbox. We use the information to understand your project and contact you by your preferred method. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or request an emergency response.
As you move between pages, an unfinished draft is held in this open tab’s memory so you can return to it. Refreshing or closing the tab clears that draft. This feature does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage, and drafts are not shared with other tabs. A submission identifier and any confirmation reference are kept in the same tab memory to prevent accidental repeat submissions.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry asks for your name, email, phone number, project location, project type, anticipated investment, timing, project description, preferred contact method, and consent acknowledgement. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Hosting and technical information
This website uses Vercel to serve pages and process inquiry requests. Vercel processes the requests needed to provide the website, including submitted inquiry data and technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times. Hosting and security logs may be retained under Vercel’s service settings and policies. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about the provider’s practices. Email delivery and records
Resend processes the contact and project details in the email, together with delivery records. Its acceptance of a message is separate from arrival in King’s inbox. See Resend’s privacy policy for information about the provider’s practices.
This website does not keep a separate inquiry database or log the contents of inquiries. Inquiry emails and delivery records may remain in King’s designated mailbox and the email providers’ systems according to their retention settings and applicable obligations. Contact King to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted.
Analytics and other services
This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. Changes to the services used to handle your information will be reflected in this notice.
