King Construction came recommended to us by two neighbors who were satisfied with the quality of their work. The screened in porch we wanted was not going to be an easy job because of a difficult existing roofline. John Moyer met with us and reassured us he would be able to tie in the existing roof line with the new roofline created by the screened in porch. He gave us great suggestions about design and placement which we had not thought about before embarking upon this project. The crew King Construction assigned to build our screened in porch was humorous, warm, and professional. We always knew we could consult with Jay, the crew leader, if there were any questions. There was daily communication which included status reports. The crew was conscientious about maintaining a neat worksite and was diligent about stray nails and boards. The painting team led by Keegan was equally conscientious about their work. The overall impression we had from the crews was that the work was a reflection of their craftsmanship which they take pride in. Neighbors and friends who have come by are impressed by the work done by King Construction. Many of our friends and neighbors have left our home with thoughts of having their own screened in porches for their homes.

My children race into the house at the end of the school day and immediately gravitate to the screened in porch. They insist on having as many of their meals outside as possible. My children love being able to sit outside and complete their homework, read a book or play on a rainy day. This space has become a haven for my husband who is often found in the evenings outside listening to music. We now have an outdoor living space which everyone can enjoy. King Construction was able to create an affordable beautiful living space based upon an idea we had in our minds. It was a pleasure to work with you and the rest of your crew and thanks again.

When my wife and I decided to add on a screened in porch in the summer of 2004, we were faced with finding a good contractor who understood design and quality craftsmanship. Fortunately, after reviewing 6 different contractors, we ended up selecting King Construction. King Construction came up with an innovative design that was more functional and let in more light and was priced competitively with other designs that were inferior.

What was amazing about King Construction was the project management. The project started and finished exactly on schedule. Furthermore, every step of the process was clearly communicated to us. We knew exactly who was coming every day. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the project. King Construction hires good smart people and their business has been successful because of this.

The final sun room is amazing and has added value to our house. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional and the price was as quoted. I would highly recommend them for any project. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, I would have to give them a 14!!!!!! Don�t go anywhere else.

My new Trex deck is now my favorite "room". I am so pleased that I had my old deck redone with the Trex product. It looks great! No cracks in the boards and no splinters. I will never need to sand, stain, or waterproof it. After rain, the deck dries off quickly and that has been a real plus this year. During the few really hot summer days we've had, the deck is still comfortable enough to stand on barefoot.
